Situated in Funes near Rosario, the House of Seven Patios occupies a large plot with low population density. Built over four years in three stages, the house was designed to accommodate a family's daily life amid ongoing construction. Its proximity to the Rosario airport and train tracks influenced the design, embracing the horizontal landscape and incorporating visual connections to planes and trains, honoring the family's aviation heritage.
The House of the 7 Patios was designed to integrate seamlessly with the landscape through a horizontal layout featuring seven central patios. Modeled in 3ds Max, the project used multi/sub object material and Photoshop to create variety in the red brick textures. Vegetation was added using Forest Pack's "Forest Ivy," and the "brick generator" created floor and brick elements. Interior features like cabinetry and appliances were modeled from imported drawings and the provided photos. Lighting was optimized with HDRI setups and Lightmix for a natural ambiance. Final renders underwent color correction and exposure adjustments in Photoshop, reflecting the family's deep connection to nature and architectural innovation.
